Creating & Using Gmail Templates (formerly Canned Responses)

Learn how to create email "templates" that can be used over and over, saving you time in answering the same questions repeatedly. The video gives an example of how to set one up. These templates are also known as "canned responses." Just don't forget to first turn On "Templates" in the Settings--Advanced section of your Gmail.
