Google Drive for Desktop (formerly File Stream)

Google Drive for Desktop lets Windows and Mac users drag and drop, as well as cut and paste, files and folders from their Google Drive while using a familiar desktop or laptop interface. This is a much quicker method of moving large amounts of disorganized files after a long school year, for example. If you're looking for a way to speed up the process of moving Google Drive files into organized folders very quickly and then have them sync online, this is a handy way to do it.

Tech Tools to Organize Your Life
